A New Moon – a New Approach.

New Moons are fantastic for viewing starry-starry nights. You can see so much more of this incredible galaxy. At this time of year in Southern Australia, we have clear, crisp nights and a simply marvellous view of the galactical arm, resplendent with Magellan clouds.

Astrologically, this is also a time to view the smorgasboard of Life.

We see, we ponder, we feel, we choose, we respond.

Now, as we welcome the New Moon in Gemini, [ Sat. 27th at 3.27 pm AEST], is the time to sow seeds. Gemini is the arena of choices. Esoterically, it enhances Venus, intelligent Love and the Christ Consciousness. The ego and personality reduce predominance as the soul and spirit shine forth.

What to nurture and what shall we withdraw our focus and energy from?

The waning 6th Ray is bidding us shy away from stringent fundamentalism and stoic glamour.
Being a ’stick in the mud’ is going out of fashion.

Meanwhile, the 7th Ray is waxing and impressing us with all sorts of new ways of approaching Life and our confusing social issues.

For me personally, I hail the decision of the Victorian Government to consider a Human Rights Charter, and to make a bid for the Homeless World Cup Soccer Event in 2008. I encourage the gradual dissolution of separative party politics and encourage a bi partisan approach which can grow into a round table methodology. I enjoy the experience of Active Intelligence (3rd Ray) and Conscious Loving Wisdom (2nd Ray).

The incoming 7th Ray is inclusive, sweeping all participants into a sense of common purpose and conscious unity. It encourages Quality of Life and a reformation of civilisations that can nurture and sustain this beautiful planet and the kingdoms of nature, including our own humanity.

As the energy grows from the New Moon tomorrow to the Full Moon on the 12th June, we too begin to refocus, change our minds if we want to, to choose the Way along the Path ahead. In our feelings, our thoughts and our responses, we are guiding the chalice of energy to (hopefully) fertile ground.

It is our right, our honor, our duty, our privilege, our heritage and our common Purpose.

It is what we Are.

Enjoy the New Moon.

Witness

Volcanoes in at least 2 parts of the world are pushing forth with the urge to release pent up energy. Saturn in Leo is doing it’s best to advise elders and the old ways of being that no longer serve, to retire gracefully and hand on the torch.

Here in Australia, we are strangely numbed in response to revelations about rampant violence and abuse of women and children in our Indigenous communities. The Pandora’s Box has been opened and the truth is spoiling out.

Those who have been in the heat of the fire KNOW that this is but a tiny glimpse of a much bigger issue. This abuse (sexual and physical, emotional, financial and psychological), has been and still is, a large part of many, many people’s lives. It is in most cultures and races across the world. It leaves shattered people in its wake. We know the effects, what are the causes?

The outer expression ranges from violence and bullying to passive aggression and put downs. It is utilized by our members of Parliament as a way of debating and discussing crucial social issues. It is there in so many nations’ policies to rampage, invade, torment and annihilate communities, cultures and creeds, our natural abundance and beautiful environments. It is in our legislations, our workplaces, our business strategies, our sports fields, our schools and our homes. It seems to be endemic in the species.

We here in Ozland are being encouraged to be more productive. How insulting! In 200 years, we have produced, created, built an entire nation. We ARE already very productive. What we are not yet sophisticated in, is the ability and/or willingness to take action, to trust our own instincts and intuition, to grasp the Quality of Life and weave it into our daily existence. We are still reticent, insecure, unsure, fearful and at times, confused. Many people KNOW it is not about money, but about a wealth of ideas, of heart stuff and courage and inventiveness. … Life.

Care and Perpetuation of the Species is a basic law within any creative universe.

Do we like being human? Do we wake up glad to be alive? What are our lives all about? What do we want? What can we do? How do we open to wisdom and love, understanding and compassion, inventiveness and creativity, when our most basic survival is as shaky as the earth itself? Why do so many people simply not like Life – as demonstrated in their attitude towards their fellow humans and the beautiful planet we abide within? And if we do love Life, how do we liberate our entrenched souls to respond to creative inspiration, to find solutions, to offer them if we have ideas, to walk the talk, to manifest …

These weeks between the Taurus/Scorpio Full Moon and The Gemini Festival of Humanity, the energy field is held by the Christ, the Hierarchy and the World Servers, all around and within our planetary world. It is the time we invite and receive impression from the spiritual realms: ideas and inspiration tickle the edge of minds, hope trickles into hearts. Take note, jot away, catch those glimpses.

It is the time to observe, quietly, where the new annual influx of Universal energy is to be directed: Where Human Minds need a boost to think clearly, where Human Hearts need courage to love life and each other, where our Human Will is weak to act, floundering and impotent.

It is a time to be a watcher and a witness. What do you see? ,

Wesak

The Moon is entering the area of the Galactical Sky called Scorpio. As it swells to reflect the Light of the Sun, it shall be aligned with an actively changing Jupiter. This year, the Wesak Moon is beautifully magnified.

This is the second of the three Shamballa moons: the one which opens to the blessing of the Buddhic or Atmic plane. In the Himalayas, thousands of pilgrims meet in a valley to bear witness and hold vigil as the Christ receives this annual encoding of Universal Light on behalf of the Planetary World and the Human Kingdom.

The Buddhic brings illumination to the Mind, the Christ brings Love. Traditionally a crystal bowl of water is left out under the full moon to gather this blessing. The holy water is then passed around to devotees. [Australia EST Full Moon on Saturday, May 13th at 4.50 pm]

It’s quite a story, a Legend over time longer and wider than we can comprehend.

The Purpose is there and here, and now.

In India, Tibet and Buddhist countries, this is the celebration of Buddha’s birthday. Lots of lanterns, elephants draped in colorful silks, and community festivities.

Buddha embraced wealth and privilege, then poverty and suffering, to finally realize that this world is wonderful, nature is plentiful and that we are here to love life and all that is given us. This is illumination.

The secret, the mystery, is that once we experience this illumination, then we become illuminators in the world. And so it goes … a pebble in the pond.

In Esoteric Science we study Cause and Effect thru the Taurus/Scorpio axis.

‘Each effect becomes a new seed cause
My mind, my shade, as flames heat up the day

Begun in Time by laws of wisdom-sound
In crystal Lotus, Cosmic selves are born …’ *

Thanks Buddha …

Liberation

‘The Great Escape’ it’s been dobbed by Bill Shorten, the Union guy who has talked us through a 14 day marathon effort to free Brant and Todd from 1000 metres below the surface of the earth. Release from ‘the greatest prison of all, the earth’.

The lads walked out to locals cheering, miners providing a guard of honour as media reporters shed jubilant tears. ‘Blokes and larrikans’ in Aussie lingo.

They have been medically cleared. Yep, they will probably attend their mate, Larry’s funeral this afternoon. Brave souls indeed.

A united focussed effort, team work, a group consciously linked in common purpose: the Liberation of the trapped men, urged on by a powerful human spirit. The men were talked through the process and monitored with the help of modern communications technology. We were able to bear witness to this amazing adventure, thanks to our world media.

Sun and Mercury in Taurus (earth), Moon in Virgo(mineral kingdom), Saturn in Leo (Gold), Mars in Cancer – love the symbology as the guys are taken to the ‘Crib Room’ before being presented to the world. Cliche saga this.

An orange and purple dawn greeted us all, even the birds were chirpy as they picked up the excitement. Phew! What a Vesak week! Gratius

Humans Rightly So…

There is a lot happening here in the Land of Oz. In Tasmania, we have the united effort to retrieve two miners trapped beneath tons of rock. Partly due to the embarassing milking of the drama by the media, this has become a group conscious event. Miners all over the world are watching as our modern technicians carefully implement the plan to drill a tunnel thru to reach the men. They are in good spirits, these two Aussie miners, and sending back humorous messages that help diffuse the incredible tension as people unite in prayer, hope and wishes.

Meanwhile, quietly behind the scenes, a landmark event is about to occur in our local Victorian Government. At 10.am thereabouts tomorrow, the 4th May 2006, there is a submission before the Parliament to introduce a Charter of Human Rights.

Tonight, 300 people gathered in the local Mornington Peninsular Community Theatre to participate and hear a report on this Bill. This is only one of many groups throughout Victoria, which have met over these last few months to discuss and share a growing concern for our humanity amidst an increasing barrage of legislation that is eroding our freedom.

Some things happen quietly, yet quickly. From a few, to many , this grass roots movement has brought about what is a first. Victoria may well be about to lead the way to Australia coming of age. We have no Charter of Human Rights in Australia. We have lots of humans, from all over the world – 20 million or so of men, women and children who have sailed the seas to arrive on this island continent to start a new life and participate in the growing of a nation.

Evolution takes time, civilisation is created through intelligent activity. We, the people, are here and now. We do what we can with what we’ve got, while we are here. Gratius.
