Tomorrow, 29th December 2006, according to astronomical and ephemeric tables, the planet Pluto aligns directly with the Galactic Core at 26 degrees 56 minutes Sagittarius.We do not really know what this means for our future. So we look to the past -it last happened in 1760. We know from a human historic perspective, that what followed was a period of expanded vision of the world and our Earth’s place in it. So much so, that exploration, development of technology, interaction and communication begun then, brought us to this present day of a global village. Indeed, we still play the music and view the artworks from the Renaissance of that time. 

This alignment shall occur 3 times over the next solar round: the second on July 17th 2007, and the third on October 28th 2007.

In early December 2007, Jupiter also aligns with the Galactic Center. By the Solstice 2007, we will have experienced an expansion of our perspective and experience of our world.

The Sabian symbols for the degree of the Galactic Center indicate a shift in our relationship to each other and to our human experience. The Keynote of 26 degrees Sagittarius is: The nobly accepted subservience of the individual to collective values and goals.
