Activation
If you are not feeling disoriented, confused, and a little loose at the mooring, and inclined to retreat in order to contemplate, then you have missed the opportunity to dislodge the self from a constructed and illusory reality: i.e. you are asleep, pretending or just comatose!
The impact of the energy shifts over the last week has ripped apart the veils and catapulted us all into the next plane of consciousness. This means our perspectives that we held as fixed, must now adjust to a new landscape.
Just what this new horizon will offer is yet to be discovered. For the adventurous, the curious and the willing, we are embarking on a new journey.
By dawn on Monday morning, 25th June 2007,(AEST), Mars will have entered Taurus locking itself into a mystical rectangle connecting to the Ascendant in Cancer. As the sun rises across the horizon, we will experience energy surges. These are not to be dismissed as fanciful. Indeed, the earth may well move for us all. But the rectangle is the secret of the Golden Mean. This will be our guide and our template. The spiral that creates life in its ever widening circles invites us into the unfolding of the next stage of our human growth.
Mars in Taurus will remind us of the clichés that express how in this 3D world, we get to experience life first hand. Our Teachers call this a ‘whoops and ouch ‘world. We refer to behaviour as ‘action speaks louder than words’; what we do leaves its mark upon the physical plane; in relationships we ask for the truth to be expressed in behaviour and in the physical activities of our lives.
This next stage will expand our consciousness even further than we may have previously imagined. The New Age spirituality with its dreams and ideals will be as surprised as those who have held religiously to their scepticism and rigid rationality. I envisage us Children of Light wielding the magic broom and raising the waters like the character of Mickey Mouse, the apprentice Wizard, in Walt Disney’s Fantasia. Our words and thoughts will be manifesting more rapidly!
It will indicate to us how what we DO reveals ourselves, our true motives, our true inner sense of self and our relationship to the world. In a global world of high tech, wherein words, images, music and communications distract us from our instincts, the five senses – and drown out the budding sixth sense. This too shall change.
The word ‘residual’ comes to mind. What is residing deep within that must now surface? What residue of past mindsets, habits, beliefs are trailing along behind with no place/time to belong?
Pam, a Student of Life comments, “They just don’t GET it – that it is only here on Earth, now, that we get to actually DO it!” She is enthused by the experience of living. She is also frustrated with the apparent disdain for, or ignorance of, just what a gift this is.
We humans learn well and gain wisdom from life – in retrospect. We look back on experiences and recast them as precious memories or apparent nightmares. We replay scenes and conversations in our minds (or on television)to find the best possible outcome. We are like script writers creating the play of life from instantaneous, real life ‘winging it’. How much of life have we been improvising instead of truly living it?
This new stream of consciousness will indeed expand this experience. Now however, our powers of observation are so much more acute. We perceive (see) more clearly than ever before. We are growing in our awareness – the frontal lobe is activating. The challenge is to bring forth the behaviour and actions that more aptly express that which is emerging from the deep cave of our souls, our aching and yearning hearts, and our quickening mind powers.
Honesty and integrity will be necessary to keep ourselves and hence each other, sane through this transition. By September, we shall be well prepared to put into active duty, so much of what has been gestating – in some cases, for many years.
Enjoy the crossing and the releasing of that which is no longer VIABLE.
This too shall pass…

Open to the Light
We humans have an amazing capacity for denial and pretense. Like the monkey that chooses to ‘see no evil’ , we prefer to go about our daily lives on the treadmill than to be conscious. The distractions carefully orchestrated by societal seemingly imperative concerns, mask well, the truth of what is truly important. In today’s modern world, this IS part of the EVIL, (reverse of LIVE).
We are in the cosmic planetary cycle of the downloading of the Codes of Light. The Sun is in Gemini, the mind is awake and very active.
At this point in time, we are also experiencing Mars in Aries which is annoying and irritating. Inflammation of thoughts and feelings – the angst- may well divert us from what is really occurring. Venus in Cancer is hilighting the need to Care for the Species, be the species whales, bees or humans! Cancer also indicates the needs to feel safe, to be needed and protected and cocooned. This is imperative during the vulnerable stages of growth. Our homes can be sanctuaries or prisons. If fear and insecurity rule from the subconscious, then we are creating prisons in our gilded cages. The unconscious motivations are often too sensitive and painful to acknowledge and the Mars in Aries is aggravating our wounds.
Try and be calm in the centre of the storm. Give yourselves time to rest and reflect upon what is pouring through us as enlightenment,awareness and yes, truth. The time to act will always be dependent upon the seasons and the finding of fertile ground. Intuitive knowing can only emerge when we allow our mental anguish, unconscious needs and drives, and inspiration, to meld and merge and flow into our life streams as nurturance.
As the moon waxes to carry the Light Codes to Humanity and the Planetary Kingdoms, it flows thru those who are already somewhat conscious. What we exeperience now, the sleepy masses will also experience.
The source of the Light (cause) may be the same, but the responses (effects) will be as diverse as the number of souls ready to receive it. Therefore, as ideas stream forth into your mind, and unconscious needs, wishes and drives erupt from the depths, give yourself the blessing of TIME to reflect. Jot down dreams, insights, flashes of knowing. The jigsaw puzzle will take shape slowly but surely.
We have much to learn, much to be revealed, much to know and oh so much to create and do ahead in the cycles unfolding. The impulses come in waves. The sense of urgency is part of the quickening. Acknowledging the seeds when they emerge is recognition of worth. Human Potential is rich fertiliser and it is the greatest investment we have. *
Notice what is happening and observe. But be reserved in one’s actions, for the rawness of Aries can leave much pain and harm in its wake. To be conscious, deliberate, purposeful and responsible takes TIME to learn and apply. That is why maturity and wisdom are the rewards and gifts of a long and strenuous (yes, painful) journey.
The Truth SHALL oust…and then what we do in response is the test of our true character and being. Can we take it? Are we evolved enough to be honest and transparent? Are we truly ready to change our ways and behavior?
TIME will tell…

Earth Abides
We can enjoy the clear night sky of a New Moon in Taurus for deep ponderance upon the materialism that has swamped our consciousness for too long.
This is the mid point of the Shamballa cycle. The downloading of the Buddhic and Christ energy is at its rest point. The encoding of Light is a slow and careful process. It is not a saturating and overwhelming epiphany. Rather, it is careful and thoughtful experience whereby that which is appropriate for each of us personally, may filter into our everyday consciousness in the subtle ways: through dreams, glimpses, sensing, perhaps the flutter of an idea.
Like the flowers in the photo, we are growing a new way of being upon the old material consciousness that has blocked our spirits and drained our own energies and the earth’s resources.
This is the time to feeeel the ability to grow anew, in more naturally beautiful and sentient forms. The mystery of life is there for us to know. The current preoccupation with manifestation, prosperity, having what we want – the modern packaging of The Secret – is a distraction for it ties us back into the loop that denies the essence of Life itself. Nurturance of Life and embracing of the Life force will bring back the bees. Increasing personal wealth for few at the expense of the many, will not.
Politicians have been preoccupied with what will sustain their power base and what will maintain control of the economy and societies. They too, will indeed begin anew, seeking instead the Path of knowing, of Wisdom, of the nurturance of Life and usefulness.
Soldiers will be too busy assisting in the caring of people to be preoccupied with destruction of civilisations, cultures, creeds and humans that are not their concern.
And we the People? A local shopkeeper suggests that we all go on strike at the next election and refuse to vote at all, for the social system as it is does NOT serve us, our children or even our current lifestyles. We laughed at the ridiculous notion of party politics artificially divided between Liberal (business) and Labour (the workers). Should he vote one way, and his staff the other? It is indeed time for round table politics, for bi-partisan and concerted cooperative efforts to find and implement solutions that are constructive and nurturing of life, of people, of our very earth itself.
Now is the time to jot down those flickers of insights, those wisps of ideas, those slowly growing realisations.
By the Full Moon on June 1st, ALL of humanity will be showered upon and shall be growing anew.

Conscious of Life
We have an amazing opportunity to experience directly and intimately, the dynamic of nature when we incarnate onto planet Urth. It is always changing somewhere in some way.
The pic here is from a postcard showing lava flowing into the sea in Hawaii. New land mass is being birthed. The Hawaiin spirit of Aloha is a cultural reminder for us all of the spirit of Life.
We humans in biological form experience the hard density of rock and mountains, the power of heat and fire, the forces of air and wind in hurricanes, of water in Tsunami’s, water spouts, torrential rain and erosion by the sea. Currently, we are experiencing the earth in a shake,rattle and roll time with earthquakes and tremors rumbling around in the pacific region.
As the Moon grows towards it fullness, it is building the energy into a fixed Grand Cross with the Sun in Taurus reflected by the Moon in Scorpio and Chiron in Aquarius facing Saturn in Leo. Humans are awakening to the importance of water, of feelings and of their own ability to adapt. This is being assisted by the trine from the moon in Scorpio to the Karmic Node in Pisces. Our destiny and fate may seem to be fixed by the Gods of Creation and ultimately determined by nature which creates and dissolves forms. Yet we enjoy a consciousness and personal will as Humans AND the innate ability to adapt, to heal and grow.
This is the Taurus Full Moon, the festival of Wesak. It is exact here in Ozland around 8.10 pm (AEST)on the evening of Wednesday 2nd May. It is traditionally known as Buddha’s birthday moon. It is also known to be the time when the Buddhic Plane of being – the Higher Mind and Ultimate Consciousness levels we can reach as souls incarnate in human physical bodies on the planet in this region of the Galaxy anyway – and the Christ, merge and bless the earth and its kingdoms for the year ahead. The energetic stream is available to us and we all access this in some way according to our personal receptivity and sensitivity.
What seems fixed may yet dance in the creative process of change; what seems so mutable and elusive may yet be starkly apparent. The spiritual gift of Consciousness we associate with the Buddhic, the Gift of Love with the Christ. We are invited to develop these gifts by existing here in this space (planet Urth) at this time. By partaking in the experience we enhance and nurture our own spirits. This is soul food time folks, a chance to grow.
Enjoy the feast! Take a peek at what new solid ground is being sought and is now in the early stages of formation.

What is missing in this beautiful pic of the Ocean lapping the Southern shores of Australia?
People, animals, trees, flowers, insects? Oh yes, and planes, buildings, cars, roads, shops and boats.
It reminds me of the Lemurian Era. A firmament surrounded the planet. Sound was muffled. It was misty and ethereal with breezes that lifted and carried wisps of cloud amongst the trees and abundant foliage. Sunlight was filtered through the vegetation. It was the time of the Dominance of the Plant Kingdom.
Humans and animals were only just beginning.
Now here we are in this time and space: The time of Human Dominance. The Age of Animal growth witnessed a great clearing and refinement of the plant kingdom. The Age of Humans has likewise, changed the Animal, Plant and Mineral kingdoms.
Mercury is in its first of three cycles of retrograde motion. We are retreating inwards to contemplate and reflect – the intensity of outer world events, changing climate patterns and pressures to ‘keep on keeping on’ exhausts us. **
This Friday 16 February, is World Kyoto Day. According to the Media release, the Australian Youth Climate Coalition is acting on very real concerns about the pollution we tolerate and seem to blindly accept:
‘Groups of young people in 20 cities across Australia will deliver the declaration to their local MPs’ electorate offices and hand out leaflets in shopping malls on World Kyoto Day.’ ***
The debates continue across the world about whether our human activities and lifestyle are causing climate change, or whether this is nature’s cyclical dance. The evidence that our whole solar system is changing is definitely there.
Perhaps it is a natural cycle, as we enter a ‘Galactical Summer’. The sheltering Ozone layer and the ability of nature to adapt IS built into the system. OUR human ability to adapt, or become extinct, is part of the process. The real issue seems to be whether we make it worse, by perpetuating what we know is unwise activity in the face of evidence that we need to change for our own survival. The reluctance to change, to grow and to recreate is a very real concern, for it indicates a species locked into dead end maze.
This Sunday in the early hours of the morn, is the New Moon in Aquarius. It is a Fixed sign and it challenges all Fixed sign folk and forms on the planet. What doesn’t give a little – breaks. This weekend then is a good time to ponder upon why we have perpetuated this dichotomy between civilisations and the world of nature. Is it really about nature versus us? Can our modern lifestyle and activities be created and designed to be eco friendly?
By dawn on the 18th February, the Moon moves into Pisces and then on the 19th the Sun joins a stellium of 6 foci of energy in the watery Piscean realm. With Saturn opposite Neptune, the ethereal nature is strong. Yet reality anchors so much there in Leo. What is real and what is unreal? What is True and what is false?
On the 21st February, Venus joins the Moon in Aries, leading the charge into the next annual solar cycle.
The Youth Climate Coalition are a brave clan of young folk. They may well be campaigning to state the obvious, that we humans need to ‘think again’. How appropriate for Mercury retrograde? May the heavens support these caring and mindful souls.

One point of interest that is occurring with Jupiter in Sagittarius is the magnification of our beliefs and opinions – invariably emerging from deeply rooted mindsets from the past. The presence of Neptune in Aquarius and Uranus in Pisces is highlighting the need for us all to awaken to Knowledge and Enlightened thinking, rather than these entrenched self-serving ideas we may have about the way we WANT the world to be. Psychologically, we are faced with our own delusions and illusions about Life.
In Australia it is actually painful to watch people unable and unwilling to comprehend the importance of Knowledge – especially with regard to the Urth’s changing climatic environment. Beliefs and visions that have been so personally fulfilling and important in the past are being dragged into the Light and tested against reality to check their usefulness and sustainability. This applies to Immigrant cultures who want to continue their way of life freely in this country with blatant disregard for the physical and social realities here, (they need to learn to swim as well as speak English). Equally this applies to our politicians who still want the economy to be strong above all else with blatant disregard for the realities of Urth Changes looming on the (still comfortably distant) horizons. Both these examples illustrate the need to ‘let go’ of preconceived values and beliefs about Life.
Meanwhile the ordinary people in their daily lives are confronted with their own beliefs in leaders who reveal their feet are made of blood and bone just like theirs. We humans have a long history of wanting to ‘hand over our power’ in the past to any ‘father’ figure who seems to be in control. But humanity is growing up now, and in its adolescent state of being, is seemingly reluctant to take on the responsibility that true sovereignty bestows. A profound confrontation is occurring.
It’s another interesting day on Urth.

Ponder and Wonder

We describe things outside our ordinary life experience as strange or weird.
Here in the Land of Oz, we have a cartoonist, Michael leunig, who has entertained us with ponderous chuckles for decades. His cartoon for November was about stopping and staring at anything unnusual. It does us good to stop amidst the rush and mayhem of our constructed lives to wonder at the beauty of life.
Venus has moved into Capricorn and it IS time to wonder about what really matters. With Uranus being challenged by all these planets speeding along in Saggittarius, we may consider being weird enough to stop and gawk at a sunrise, or chuckle at a sparrow. Life is precious, we need to slow down and truly appreciate it.
We are amidst bushfires and our land is being seared. The sun is hot, yet nights are very cold and the sea breeze coming off the southern ocean smells of old ice. ‘Tis indeed weird. Fire and Ice. The pic above is taken at the summit of an ancient active volcano in the Southern Pole region. It describes beautifully, what we are experiencing astrologically. The earth is spinning, leavings trails of star dust in our eyes. We may feel as if we sitting on a volcano about to erupt… and there is an iciness in the air.
This is a time to recover our sense of grace and graciousness. And to think about what we truly value.
I send a message stick to those with the grand task of contemplating social reform: How about allocating resources to support the work of our volunteer firefighters, our volunteer Life Saving guards at the beaches , and our volunteer SES teams? At this time of year, we are inundated with requests to assist those in need of help. As a nation we spend millions per day on war and weapons and creating disaster for others. What values does our civilisation express? Think about it … I have, and it ain’t right. Normal yes, but NOT natural. It just ain’t.
Life is precious.
Surf’s Up!
We had a glorious weekend with sunlit skies and spring blossoms. The light sparkled on the water and the breezes brought us fresh air from the melting icebergs across the seas. Now storm clouds are gathering.
The Sun has entered the region of the sky we call Scorpio. It is connected with Orion and some parts of the planet got to see and enjoy the meteoroid showers from that region.
Legend has it that there was a mighty battle between the forces of Darkness [devolution, materialism, ignorance, greed etc] and those of Light (evolution, life force, growth & consciousness), in Orion’s realms. [evil/live]
We seem to have refugees from both sides on this planet.
Our planetary Logos is apparently going through its own initiation in a bid to become a Sacred Planet. Good timing as Pluto in our Solar system aligns with the Galactic Centre. Pluto and Mars are happy with the Scorpio/Orion energies. A-huh?!
So how are we to weather this? The Solar Logos is burping out its energy. Astrologically, the Sun is ahead of Mars in, and Venus (just entering) Scorpio, and the moon is ahead of the Mercury/Jupiter conjunction at the other end of the constellation. That gives us all our personal planets and our biggest (consciousness expanding) royal Jupiter, cavorting through the wild storms.
We are having minor little earthquakes here in South Eastern Australia, which is quite rare. Our continent is an island on its own little tectonic plate so we can be lulled into a false sense of stability. Other places in the world – especially the Pacific section of the ‘Ring of Fire’ – are experiencing upheaval. A Cyclonic storm is building around Fiji as I write.
Above the earth’s surface ‘though, the Land of Oz is facing the consequences of changing climate conditions exasperated by too many years of ignorant and brutal ravaging of the delicate land. It’s old, our land. Not much top soil and shallow rooted trees. The rivers have been dammed, polluted and drained of their precious flush. The trees have been torn down for agricultural methods that were transplanted from watery, cool England and Europe. Suburbs of ill conceived housing sprawl across a tired landscape. Leading busy, busy lives is exhausting.
The Sun transitting the Zodiac each year is a fast moving astrological system that hilights our personality characteristics rather than the long term evolution. As humanity, we are experiencing a massive revelatory expansion of consciousness with regard to our personal instincts, blind ignorance, survival stuff, greed, power games, and business/monetary interests. We are being confronted with how lust (be it for power, money or sex) has brought us to this point. Whoops and Ouch!
This can be a stressful time, or a time to rise above it all – become the phoenix rising from the ashes and learn from our mistakes. Scorpio is all about energy. Do we force issues, or ride the wave? How do we learn to use what IS rather than continue with those old ideas of pitting ourselves against nature in an antagonistic relationship?
Personally, I think it’s a great time to go surfing… and to invest in Solar technology.

15th October: The Governments of Australia are increasingly concerned about our precious resources of water ( Pisces). Agricultural methods need to be reviewed. Training and planning generally are in focus. (Saturn). All to keep our lifetsyles in balance (Libra) with the environment and the expanding population on our Island-Continent.
I have added the Nasa site to the links below (right). Keep an eye on Sunspot and Solar storm activity increasing over the next year or so. Expected to peak around 2010-11.

In a session with client who is Jewish. I told her that they she had a Yod in her charts. She said: “Finger of God”. When one reads the Torah, it is sacrilegous to touch the page. The scriptures are read with a Yod, a golden pointer, to track what they are reading.
You never know with Yods which finger God is using. The fun is finding out.

I have noticed Australia is coming down hard on welfare and education. I feel compassion for North Korea who has believed the “we’re gonna get you” game that’s been played around the schoolyard. And yet I tremble at their herded harsh military and the reality of ANYONE having the power to blow our lovely planet to smithereens. I wonder why humanity would be given so much power when it is still so unevolved.

Solstice
The path of the earth around the sun, and the cycles of the sun/moon are shared by all life on this our planet. No matter who we are, where we are, or what we are, this experience is ours.
The Solstices, Equinoxes, Full and new Moon festivals are a chance to acknowledge our journey through time and space.
This Solstice is especially powerful as it falls on the Full Moon [2:15pm on Wednesday June 22]. According to Carolyn Brent at http://www.shamanicastrology.com/
