Mercury has resumed its role in the outer world and our minds turn our focus from a period of inner reflection and contemplation to the outer world.

Our moody Moon which waxes and wanes and has such a powerful effect upon our feelings and emotions begins to receive and reflect back to us the Sun in Cancer. We call this the New Moon phase and it seems to be just as powerful for our evolving emotional bodies as the Full Moons. In local Ozland this occurs on Saturday, 14th July 2007 at 10.05 pm Melbourne AEST. Later that evening, a beautiful mystical rectangle forms for a moment in time at around 11.11 pm on the Peninsular and 11.12 pm in Melbourne surrounds. This provides us with a wonderful evening for quiet ponderance and embracing of oneself in the merging of body, emotions, mind and soul.

The Bigger picture emerges as we spiral out again from the cave of ourselves to the Universe in which we Live.

In the wake of an intensive period of awareness the human species may well discover it has changed. There is a difference between thinking and consciousness. The expansion of our consciousness brings a larger view of Life. Our Global world seems smaller, our human family very much intertwined. The Pluto in Virgo group born from 1957 to 1972 is now emerging as a new influential force in our societies and these are thinking people.

In this change that is rising over the horizon, questions are being asked, data is analysed and reality is a challenge to apply our thinking minds to find solutions.

The past habitual behaviour of the mass (Cancer and Leo) humanity accepting that what we are told by leaders, (Saturn in Leo), as the Truth, no longer suffices. We have changed. We are maturing. We suspend our beliefs in the face of reality. This is the effect of the increasing Light and expansion of our consciousness. This is the effect of a global world, nurtured by new technologies, media, internet, satellite pictures, education and shared experiences.

The esoteric perspective of our human evolution explains how we as a species, are evolving through cycles – the spirallic unfolding of the human potential. So far, the mass species, is about halfway through that process. The solar plexus center which has nurtured our experience of power, will and energetics is now urging us to open and exercise the heart chakra. This is why our Avatars and Spiritual mentors of the current cycle (past 2, 500 years) have been guiding us towards a realisation of the need to develop Love and Compassion, Mercy and understanding.

Our primary concern is the Care and Perpetuation of the Species into which we are invited to incarnate as souls and hence experience the physical world directly. In that symbiotic relationship we have with nature, we implicitly change and evolve the species itself.

Ahead in our most immediate future we have a period of 20 years or so when we shall be required to transform our civilisations in accordance with the Evolutionary template. This is held in the Galactic Centre and inspired (activated) by alignments which place our solar system in streams of energy. Sirius guides our consciousness and minds that we may be aware of what is occurring. Our scientists, astronomers, psychologists, teachers, film makers, story tellers, historians, inventors, artists, philosophers, writers, and thinkers assist in this process.

What has changed and will continue to transform us humans, is the realisation that we can and shall no longer be content to be blindly led and told what to do, what is real, how we should think and live and be. This applies to all areas of our lives: workplaces, homes and family life, education, media, politicians, scientists, systems of law, health professionals and yes, even our own programmed brains and previously unconscious memories. The subsequent attraction of conscious co-creating is becoming more sensible and functional than a few (just fellow humans like ourselves) leading, influencing and directing the lives of the many.

When the Mind activates, it invites the Soul to participate and utilises the brain to operate as a thinking organ. Intelligence, inspiration, creativity, analysis, intuition, sentience, awareness and consciousness are rapidly becoming natural and required/desired characteristics of a functioning human.

There is much more of our human potential and our natural world to discover. There is much to do as we adjust to our changing consciousness and to a changing and dynamic planetary life. This means acknowledging this within ourselves as people and as a necessary species response.

On a personal level, Venus is triggering lots of thinking and evaluation. Relationships, locations for living, lifestyles, beliefs, paradigms, assumptions and habitual unthinking behaviour are under the spotlight. Everything is being audited: from food preparation, processing and prices to political structures and religious influences on our lives, petrol prices, housing needs, energy requirements, infertility, patterns of ‘working for a living’, and social expectations … the veils are thinning and what seemed solid and real yesterday is fading in the Light of tomorrow.

This can be painful and it can drive us to insanity if we focus on the details only and not the Bigger Picture, the Holographic view that we now enjoy of our world. These changes encourage the emergence of our human creative genius. We can and do Create Beyond What Is.

The QED, the bottom line, is the knowing that we have innately within us the seeds of a genetic code and human potential that is designed to adapt and grow and change and create and recreate and spiral on – to evolve.

Amidst the distractions and confusion, may this New Moon present us, the human species, with a moment in Time: A moment of realisation that we are Spirit in Matter and we are conscious of being Here and Now and that it is good to be alive. May we find comfort in our being.

 Happy 4th July America!

Amidst all the turbulence of the world and the squabbles the Human Family is entertaining, we are reminded of the times of celebration. There is much to be grateful for and today, we thank our cousins in the US of A, for so much they have contributed to our global world. The claiming of Independence stands as a landmark of courage and innovation in our world history. Good on ya!

I enjoyed The Concert for Diana, arranged by her sons, in commemoration of what would have been her 46th Birthday. It was a wonderful evening’s sharing. What really stood out for me, was the goodwill and etheric bubble that seems to be expanding through and over and around the UK at this time. It is inclusive, generous and holds a gentle strength. Today, out of the blue, (moon?), the UK Daily Mirror is publishing the pic of the latest crop Circle – that of a 3D corridor. That a daily paper such as this has at last awoken to the crop circle images as newsworthy – is indeed a most encouraging event.

The crop circle reminds me of my experience since a car accident. I have described to the various specialists I have seen as part of a (futile) litigation process, that I seem to be now permanently in a corridor: the doors to the left enter out into the 3rd dimensional physical world. The doors to the right, enter the 5th Dimension where I am my Light Body self or Higher Self. This crop circle depicts this experiential awareness exactly. I wonder if we are all together, planet and kingdoms, in a corridor now. Earlier this year, our team from Shamballa described a wormhole or corridor that started with the two eclipses in March and ends with the corresponding ‘pillars’ in September – both along the Virgo/Pisces axis. The crop circle also reminds me of the wise teaching of the Buddhic traditions – the Middle Way: The Dalai Lama’s intrepid journeys around our globe patiently giving of his presence, his wisdom, his love and immense compassion. It links to the zero point paradigm. As does the Kabbalah Middle Pillar with its 6 pointed star which is the 6th Root Race. Way ahead of our mass evolution at this point in time/space, but the Christ energy with its loving compassion and simple wisdoms is to this day, nourishing our growing human beings. What/who ever is creating these crop circles are cosmic artists: their creations are inspiring.

On the 7 July 2007, many people will be celebrating and adjusting and recalibrating and toning along the new grid that has been created since 1987. Then on 17th July, Shelley Yates ( Google it!), has sent out the call for as many of us as possible to hold our own pillars of Light and send it through our heart chakras to the core of the earth.

Yes, we all need discernment at this time. Yes, we are being innundated with a plethora of emails and information covering everything from fake alien attacks to Nasa info re the planets changing in our Solar System. Yes, there are red herrings and distractions, strategic deceptions and massive disullusionment. But the veils are thinning and human consciousness is likened to the ceaseless tides of the oceans of life.

It all reduces down to what rings true for each of us. During the Cancerian cycle, we have the opportunity to feel our vulnerable and softer selves – usually carefully protected like the crustaceans. In Esoterica, the energy from this constellation assists us with developing our sentience, our intuition and our empathic abilities. Like new born babes, deep in side, where emotions curl up like the foetus in a womb, we can find that crucial sensitivity to what is real, what is true and what feels good.

America is Cancerian in its nature – Happy Independence Day America. Thanks for being fun brothers/sisters and a nation of brave souls.

The grid is vibrating well – the explosion of awareness of issues regarding women and children is being highlighted. This is NOT just an issue for the Indigenous folk of this wonderful Land of Oz. It is a Global concern, and is evident in all cultures, creeds and races.

Regardless of political interests that are painfully obvious, enough is enough and the wave crashes on the shore. The old punitive thinking and heavy handed approach is passé and the new world of sensitive, compassionate and care-full planning is on the solar village horizon. 

The upcoming Full Moon in Capricorn and Sun in Cancer brings the subject of family living to the fore. The Care and Perpetuation of ANY species is part of our stewardship as the Human Kingdom. Esoterically, Cancer is the sign which describes how we as souls incarnate. Capricorn (The Full Moon) describes the process of evolution taken in Quantum leaps that facilitates us exiting the Wheel of Rebirth and graduating OUT of the incarnation process.

This weekend’s chart is an interesting one.

The Fixed attitudes and values are demonstrated by Venus standing beside Saturn in Leo. The women are being called forth – to become responsible and expand the public awareness of the real needs of mothers and children. In some ways, the 10th Anniversary of Princess Diana’s sudden and tragic death has served us well – for the public role that she played has enabled the collective to heed her example. Venus opposed by Neptune in Aquarius is ripping apart the old fairytales of the Princess and her Prince living happily ever after. Women all over the world, in so many cultures, faiths and racial groups, have had their dreams and ideals dashed upon the rocks of a harsh reality. This weekend, women can invoke the feminine Spiritual Essence to recommit themselves to their own sacred sexuality and womanhood. The collective and Cardinal energies of Cancer can ripple out into the pond of the feminine in the human species.

It is the women themselves who must bring a halt to those practices and ways of living that are steadily and surely, destroying the health of our children and our species. It is the women who must step forward to stop this abuse and exploitation of both themselves and their children. It is the women who need to walk away from violent men and refuse relationships with those who do not demonstrate responsible and caring behaviour. It is the women who need now to turn away from the glamour of bright lights and fashionable clothing that are designed to attract men for the purposes of mating.  For once that mating has occurred – who is then responsible for the care of the children? Who will take care of the woman who has conceived in a drunken or drug induced embrace? Who cares for the children in orphanages in countries ravaged by war and greed?

A caring and wise civilisation values mothers and children. In our Western world and increasingly in the Third World countries, the pressure on women to return to work and leave their young with someone else, at such early ages as a few weeks, is contributing to a breakdown of familial care. It is eroding the very foundation of the species!

Our recent Census figures reveal the amount of ‘Unpaid’ work that women contribute to our society. This is NOT counted in the GDP, it is NOT recognised economically, it is NOT valued in a very practical sense, in our Western lifestyles. As many women from the older generations demonstrate – there are no retirement or superannuation packages for women who have dedicated their lives to their families.

Mars in Taurus is igniting awareness of the need to ‘walk the talk’ to be very practical and real about what it is we actually DO.  The physical consequences of our greed, the clamour for indulgent lifestyles and the tremendous cost to our planet as well as ourselves, is becoming very evident. Yes, women have played their part in this charade. Women have sent their sons and husbands to war in the name of pride, of nationalism and false creeds. They have accepted the Gold encrusted credit cards and not asked how the money was earned. They have turned a blind eye to the dalliances and deceptions in relationships, in business practices and in political decisions. They have buried their own instincts and gambled on romantic love and chemical attraction as a lasting ticket to survival. They have stripped their partners of resources in vengeance for broken hearts and left trails of shopping bags in the wake of their anger and pain. And yes, they have manipulated and exploited men in their passionate drive for a stake in the survival of the species.  

As the women gain in courage, strength and will, perhaps they shall emerge. Yes, it is scary; yes, we have been silenced through injustice, through abuse, through the pain of being ignored, undervalued and not respected. Yes, the modern sexual revolution has violated our sacred mysteries and taken away our sense of dignity and poise. Yes, it has been a tragedy for the natural beauty of the truly feminine. Yes, we may well have traded our sexuality for the trappings of a material and glamorous world. Yet underneath the surface motives and intentions – we are crying out, we are yearning for loving men and kind societies, we are tired and bruised and battered and oh so sadly disillusioned. Princess Dianna’s determination, the stoic service of Mother Theresa – these women have born the burden of expressing for the world our heartfelt agonies. They scream out: Why is this world so cruel, so unkind, so uncaring, so rough and vulgar and insidious in its punitive and harsh treatment of women and children and for that matter, of men, of animals of the plant and mineral kingdoms? 

I have thought about the issue of misogyny and the violence perpetrated against women – be it subtle in unequal pay for work or obvious in direct attacks – for many years. Is it endemic in the species? Is it natural? The Cape Schanck Koori spirits are clear: both men AND women emerge into this world through the female. Perhaps men have felt the smarting and confusion of this fact for a long time. Perhaps they do not relish the notion of being different in gender to that which cocoons, births and nurtures them in those crucial early years. Perhaps there are other factors involved in the violence and hostility expressed towards women in so many ways for so long. Whatever the reasons, the time has come for frank and honest revelation of the realities of what we women experience in our species.  It is NOT a time for modern clichés, old adages, beliefs, fantasies or mindsets. It is time to drop the games, to stop the manipulative behaviours and pretences that have fanned the flames of disregard and disdain for the vulnerable.

This Full Moon brings this to the fore. Neptune is directly opposing Venus and the Karmic Node is sextile the Moon in Capricorn and Trining the Sun in Cancer. It is a window of opportunity to bring to the attention of the Societies in which we find ourselves, the needs of women and families and children. For as is generally realised, the women raise the young boys who then become the men that rule in our still strongly patriarchal world.

The women must also now acknowledge how the dreams of a house in suburbia have been exploited. A house that is priced far above the actual cost of construction is daylight robbery. When the quality of family life needed to make the building a home is subverted by inflated mortgages – much is revealed about our societal frameworks and patterns whereby economic concerns have dominated the human landscape.

The creation of houses has been exploited by Capitalism for the sake of ‘economical growth’ at the expense of the quality of home life.  Organisations like Habitat for Humanity are still small and ignored in the lust for quick money-making schemes. When the costs of living are so inflated as to impede the nurturing of family life, what have we gained?  Women in the early stages of nurturing young babies need to be cocooned, safe, comforted, cared for and supported … NOT thrust out into a world in which their deepest instincts are required to be buried. Has the urge to gain acceptance in a male-based civilisation disrupted the very core of our feminine essence?

The Feminine Goddess energy, the Holy Shekinah, the Holy Spirit is highlighted in this Full Moon chart. It calls forth the women to emerge to lead us all forward as a humanity.  The pic of a statue in the centre courtyard at the Abbey was taken on the island of Iona in Scotland. In the Celtic countries, the feminine is recognised and appreciated. A ‘bonny lass’ is a female who is warm hearted, healthy, bright, intelligent and practical. There is no notion of erotica and sleeze that has poisoned our relationships, families and societies. 

The sorrows of women in war torn countries, the agonies of women and children discounted in the recognition of their contributions and needs, the sexual exploitation and abuse of both women and children, the insidious undermining of the natural feminine by manipulative advertising campaigns – we have reached saturation point. Increasingly men ARE stepping forward. Some are beginning to speak out about their needs and wishes to care with and for their families. Some are making lifestyle choices instead of purely economic ones. We know by now, that the first 7 years of a child’s life are crucial and so precious. We ignore that at our peril as a species. It is a dead-end mentality and does NOT lead us forward in healthy evolution. 

This Full Moon calls forth the feminine and esoterically, the Higher Mind exemplified for us by Venus.  It paints in the stars a picture that shows us all, the way ahead.

Courage dear sisters – may we find within ourselves, the strength to drop the veils of deception and make believe that we may have peddled in return for a brief but false sense of security.

For the sake of Humanity … take care!

*** This is an ideal time for Reconsecration of the Womb Ceremonies of our woman selves, of our sexuality and yes, of our feminine essence. In some ways, the caviness of winter here for this Moon lends itself to family and hearth. It draws forth safe, warm and cocooned feelings.  For the men, it can be a time of Reconsecration of oneself as a guardian, as a male and as a human. The more we both, men AND women, reach for and welcome sacred sexuality, sacred relationships and the acknowledgement of our true spirituality, the closer we are to becoming comfortable with our human livingness.

 The New Moon in Gemini occurs at 13.14 hours (1.14 pm) AEST on Friday 14th June. This chart is located for Melbourne. *A wonderful series of sextiles forms a hexagon, almost perfect in symmetry. In astrology, this indicates a chain of events, a series of opportunities that brings to us all an experience of ‘oneness’. This is lofty talk for these realistic times. But what this indicates is that we are entering a phase of awakening to what is known as Cause and Effect: that we are all connected and one event effects another.  The Science off Chaos theories of the 1980’s referred to this as The Butterfly Effect.

Wherever we are placed within the hologram of our world, we enjoy a perspective, a view of the world events. Yes, it is filtered through our own subjective experiences. Yes, it grants a particular slant on life.  But we are all involved in some way and our viewpoints are just locations in time and space.

The 10th Gateway opens between now and the Solstice. We are around the midpoint of the Eclipse wormhole that began in March and completes itself in September.  We are also in the internalising and integrating stage of the Pluto conjunct the Galactic Centre patterning.  The second exact hit of this alignment is on the 17th June. More revelations shall emerge. The practical solutions will only begin to surface after Saturn and the Sun enter Virgo in September.

The Grand Trine in fire stimulates philosophical pondering and inspiration. It excites and quickens our own beings to focus more on the Future, drawing our energy from our tendency to be occupied with the past. This applies as much to our individual concerns as to the planetary or global considerations.

The stretch is from Venus and Saturn in Leo pulling our energies from the past patterns of ego oriented behaviour and values and is having a stressful effect on the Baby Boomers, born from the early 1940’s through to the late 1950’s. The world they envisaged for their retirement is appearing on the horizon to be quite different to what they presumed (and were told), would be their heritage. “I’ve worked hard and this is what I deserve”, is floating to the reality checking ground along with the autumn leaves. On the younger generations, it brings an urge to ‘party’ to throw caution into the fires and ‘rage’.

The other side of the tension is held by Chiron and Neptune in Aquarius. The dreams and visions and spiritual yearnings of the 1960’s and the hippy era are becoming a little too real … including the fulfilling of prophecies and the “We are all one” mantras of Aquarian Age dawning. The reality check here is that yes, we are all connected. Are we our brother’s keeper? What are we planning today and doing in our daily lives? Is what we wish for ourselves, what we also wish for humanity generally? 

Chiron urges us to heal the wounding that has occurred –the painful and often horrendous experiences of the past in order to bring ourselves together to journey into the future.  This wounding is more than the political, national, cultural, racial, ideological or religious battle scars show. The wound is deep indeed. It points to the revelation of something we humans need and yearn to admit … that being Hu-Man is difficult, challenging and excruciating for the sensitive souls that many of us in truth, are finding ourselves to be. In many ways, the ‘bluff’ of the Leo ego has hidden this truth, even from our selves.

Once we admit and share this truth, we may consider the lives we live, how we relate, what we demand and expect of ourselves, our children and each other, in this New Light.

Honesty and Integrity are fine words. They mean being Real and Whole.

May it grant you the inner peace that comes with self awareness and transparency of being.

 Ah! Those words immortalised from the Oz Movie, The Castle! Well, Neptune is still being confronted by Saturn; Mars is in Aries; Sun and Mercury in Gemini, so it IS a grand time to be dreaming, sounding off and lettings words express our feelings.

Esoterically, from the lofty planes of the Higher Mind, Gemini time is when we face the duality theme. Chess is a fascinating game: Kings and Queens, Bishops and Knights and the dear little pawns at the front line.

The mass of humanity is being showered with light codes urging us to learn to THINK and ask lots of questions of ourselves, and of the worlds we have created.

Two Examples are at the forefront of my intellect…
 1. The evolution versus creation arguments. Well, if a human evolves naturally it will inevitably become spiritually aware and integrate that into the aeons of experience it carries within its genetic and soul knapsack. If another human opts for fast-tracking thru to the heavenly realms via knowledge, discipline, practical application and expanding consciousness, then it naturally advances the evolution of the species anyway. So where’s the dichotomy? It’s all a matter of choice (Gemini). Both scientists and religious/spiritually minded people can be fundamentalist and very 6th Ray devotional to their own particular sacred cows. The real issue seems to be how to integrate and include ALL that is at our disposal and weave thoughts, experiences, ideas and wisdom into the tapestry of human life.
The Gemini /Sagittarius axis tells us that all duality comes together when we focus on a common goal. Perhaps the challenge of survival shall be enough…

2. The business versus workers ideology, currently being played out in Ozland as Liberals versus Labour. Well, how can the two NOT be reconciled? How does the most crass of Business moguls make his/her millions by exploiting workers and Not consider their worth? ‘Use many-to make much-for a few’ – that’s the modern day mantra, isn’t it?  And how do workers have jobs and work to do in the world if businesses don’t create them? The deeper issue here seems to harken back to the old argument between the Gods, Enlil and Enki, over whether humans should be relegated to the worker bee/ant cul de sac of evolution and/or can they evolve and learn by their own free will?

Since mass humanity in the most progressive countries of the world still bow to the Governments that continue this game, the pawns must like their role. Watching Parliament late at night is still agony for me. Blustering egos and clever answers are NOT my idea of good leadership. Claims of successful strategies for low employment at a stage of humanity’s cycles when there are increasingly fewer people to fill the jobs… hello?!  Huge surpluses that are used to bolster programs not thought through nor chosen by the people, but are expedient to current political gain…hello?! By the way, those huge surpluses of $$$ have been accrued thru GST and direct taxes creamed from the people. The pawns accept the illusion of security as a trade off: “If I can just get through to the other side” it thinks, “then I can claim back my cherished dreams and values that I had to sacrifice along the Way”.

Well, dear politicians, company moguls and power mongers, one of the benefits of Truth is simply that you don’t have to lie about it! That’s the power of Sagittarius. 

Sack the lot of them and assign to the important role of leadership, only those who have demonstrated an ability to think deeply and carefully about the past, present and future of the human populace, the land itself, and  a civilised way of being. That includes, of course, the ability to move beyond the whole game of Chess and duality and draw the people, the land and the Plans together into a dynamic and living nation. [One goal]

And while they are chewing the cud over this, think about the consequences of NOT considering the land, nature, changing climatic conditions and decreasing human fertility/inclination to reproduce. Superannuation won’t be much use if there isn’t any viable world left on the planet. 

Decades ago, at University, we were taught about Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.
Current leaders across the world ignore this theory. Apparently entertainment, power mongering, lotsa money and social status are far more important than the survival and care of the species: clean water, air, food and shelter are just pawns in a greater game.

I wonder if evolution AND the Gods are going to yell ‘CHECKMATE’?

Can we find common goals to draw us all together into an evolving, spiritually aware species? One that embraces lots of wonderful ideas about how we can live, love, work, play and be free?

I’d like a dome house please. Built with eco friendly materials, by a team of people that like what they are doing. Solar energy and water recycling units, of course. Yes, I am willing to grow vegies, care for animals, teach children, write stories and weave cloth as my contribution to the community.

 We can enjoy the clear night sky of a New Moon in Taurus for deep ponderance upon the materialism that has swamped our consciousness for too long.
 
This is the mid point of the Shamballa cycle. The downloading of the Buddhic and Christ energy is at its rest point. The encoding of Light is a slow and careful process. It is not a saturating and overwhelming epiphany. Rather, it is careful and thoughtful experience whereby that which is appropriate for each of us personally, may filter into our everyday consciousness in the subtle ways: through dreams, glimpses, sensing, perhaps the flutter of an idea.
 
Like the flowers in the photo, we are growing a new way of being upon the old material consciousness that has blocked our spirits and drained our own energies and the earth’s resources.
 
This is the time to feeeel the ability to grow anew, in more naturally beautiful and sentient forms. The mystery of life is there for us to know. The current preoccupation with manifestation, prosperity, having what we want – the modern packaging of The Secret – is a distraction for it ties us back into the loop that denies the essence of Life itself. Nurturance of Life and embracing of the Life force will bring back the bees. Increasing personal wealth for few at the expense of the many, will not.
